To request a Case number for a Display or Video Control Unit (VCU) associated with a display, please enter the serial number for the unit in question. If you are not sure which product is causing the problem, please enter the serial numbers of both products. For products with no VCU, only enter a display unit serial number. Please note that you must enter at least one valid serial number in the form below. If both fields are left blank, or if the serial number(s) you enter are not matched with any we have on record, your Case request will be rejected and you will need to call or email us for a Case number.
